The GlowUP Academy is an online learning academy created by Stand 4 Sisterhood to equip girls and young women with the confidence, knowledge, and life skills they need to thrive. Through engaging, self-paced learning experiences, participants develop leadership abilities, strengthen their character, and prepare for success in every area of life.

Every lesson is designed to encourage growth, inspire purpose, and help each participant discover the incredible potential already within them.

How It All Began

Why We Created The GlowUP Academy

The GlowUP Academy was created in response to one of the most common questions we heard from parents and participants after attending our Diamonds in the Rough Summer Camp: “How can we continue this throughout the year?” As more families shared how transformative the camp experience had been, they also asked if we would ever expand the program beyond the summer and bring it to other communities and states. Those conversations inspired us to dream bigger.

While this is just the beginning, The GlowUP Academy represents the first step toward making the heart of Diamonds in the Rough available year-round through engaging, self-paced learning. This pre-launch is the foundation of a much larger vision—one that will continue to grow, expand, and create opportunities for girls and young women wherever they are.

Our Mission

Our mission is to empower girls and young women by providing accessible, high-quality learning experiences that foster confidence, leadership, wellness, life skills, and future readiness.

We believe every girl deserves the opportunity to grow into a capable, compassionate, and confident leader. Through practical education, meaningful reflection, and a supportive community, The GlowUP Academy helps participants develop the skills and mindset needed to navigate life with purpose.

Who We Serve – Age Groups

Young Women Ages 16–18 (Current Cohort)

Designed for high school students preparing for the next chapter of life, this cohort focuses on career readiness, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, leadership, personal development, and independent living skills. Participants gain practical knowledge that helps them prepare for college, the workforce, business ownership, and adulthood. Through real-world learning experiences, goal setting, and self-discovery, young women are empowered to confidently transition into adulthood while pursuing their personal, academic, and professional aspirations.

Future Cohorts

Ages 13–15: Leadership & Identity Development

As girls enter their teenage years, they begin exploring who they are and who they want to become. This cohort focuses on leadership development, personal identity, communication skills, emotional intelligence, and decision-making. Participants are encouraged to strengthen their voice, build healthy relationships, navigate challenges with confidence, and develop the self-awareness needed to make positive choices. The goal is to equip young women with the tools necessary to lead themselves and others with confidence and purpose.

Ages 10–12: Foundations of Confidence

This age group focuses on helping girls build a strong foundation of confidence, character, and self-awareness during some of their most formative years. Through engaging lessons and activities, participants learn the importance of positive self-esteem, healthy friendships, emotional wellness, communication, responsibility, and goal setting. The objective is to help young girls develop the confidence to embrace who they are while building essential life skills that will support their future growth and success.

Every participant’s experience at The GlowUP Academy follows a thoughtfully designed journey that supports growth from the inside out. Rather than focusing on just one area of development, our curriculum guides girls and young women through key aspects of life—including mental wellness, technology, leadership, career readiness, practical life skills, and personal reflection. Each module builds upon the last, creating a meaningful learning experience that equips participants with the confidence, knowledge, and skills needed to thrive in every season of life.

For years, Stand 4 Sisterhood has created opportunities that help young women build confidence, strengthen relationships, develop leadership skills, and prepare for successful futures. The GlowUP Academy extends that mission beyond in-person programming by making transformational learning accessible online to participants wherever they are.
