Stand 4 Sisterhood is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to securing sustainable futures for four generations of girls and women. Through mentorship, education, leadership development, and community engagement, we work to eliminate economic, mental, and social barriers while empowering every participant to live with confidence, purpose, and impact.

Our Story

Founded on December 21, 2016, in Dallas, Texas, Stand 4 Sisterhood was created from a vision to build a stronger community where girls and women don’t compete—they collaborate, mentor, and uplift one another.


What began as a movement to strengthen sisterhood has grown into a nationally recognized nonprofit serving girls and women through innovative programs focused on leadership, wellness, workforce readiness, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, STEAM, and personal development. Guided by the philosophy of “Each One, Reach One,” the organization continues to create opportunities that produce lasting, generational change.

Our Impact

Each year, Stand 4 Sisterhood continues to expand its reach through transformational programs and community initiatives that empower girls and women to reach their fullest potential. Our work focuses on promoting mental health and wellness, strengthening college and career readiness, building financial literacy, increasing access to STEAM education, developing confident leaders, encouraging entrepreneurship, and fostering personal growth and identity development.

Thousands of girls and women empowered through mentorship and leadership programming
Hundreds of youth served through the annual Diamonds in the Rough Summer Camp
